Great service and a good upgrade for my trolley. New style Upper Bag Support works well and was easy to fix. no more slipping of my bag as elasticated clamps ensure a snug fit.

Service and delivery was exceptional ordered battery at 11.30 am on Monday arrived on Tuesday 09.30 am (22hrs) Played one 18 hole round, battery fine.
Generally very good but just a but hard to turn sharply. Customer services have always been excellent and the trolley and battery are good value for money
This was a small repair to a damaged connector required to make the trolley usable again.
I visited Flackwell Heath and Christian did the necessary and I was up and running!

my battery wouldn’t charge. The charger was replaced without fuss or cost although it was out of warranty. In addition it arrived very quickly and sorted the problem. Great service.
whilst playing against another senior team,I noticed one had a seat fixed to his electric trolley.He said it was the best thing he had bought.I ordered one from powerbug and he was right.Delivered in a couple of days,seconds to assemble,Very pleased with it.

I am really sad because I want to return the item that does not work however the company does not respond and especially does not send a prepaid return label. I am disappointed with my purchase because the item is expansive.

Someone hit my trolley with there car in the club car park and bent the drive shaft and damaged one wheel.
Rang sales and ordered the parts that I needed at a great price.
Parts arrived ( along with video instructions to fit ) next day and straight back in business.

Great trolley with a couple of niggles. It is without doubt a great trolley out on the course only let down by accessory issues. First, inverting the wheels when storing to reduce the width, the left wheel cannot be replaced on the axle due to the umbrella holder bolt handle, reduce the diameter of the handle by a couple of mm would resolve the problem or ignore it for a couple of years and just tell customers they have it wrong! Also the trolley doesn't lay flat with the scorecard holder and gps holder attached, again rather than address this just feedback to the customers that this isn't the case. Anyway a great trolley which could be a truly outstanding trolley marred by poor customer service and a couple of niggly design issues. Would I recommend it? Yes, a great trolley on the course.
Bought last week, came within 3 days.., easy to say up and did 9 holes the other day runs great and very quiet. So far so good would definitely recommend
