If you have purchased a PowerBug product from a retailer other than the PowerBug website, please refer to your retailer for warranty and claims procedure information.
Please be aware that you are purchasing a quality product from Wizza Ltd based within the United Kingdom and you agree to our terms and conditions in relation to goods delivered outside of the UK mainland by completing your on-line purchase.
When purchasing product from us you will be entering a UK sales contract that will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of courts of England and Wales.
Warranty terms and conditions for product purchased from our on-line store and delivered to destinations outside of mainland UK are detailed below:
Trolley Warranty
Your PowerBug product is covered against manufacturing faults and defects for 2 years from date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a reported product malfunction and in order to rectify issues quickly we shall attempt to identify the issue with your assistance remotely by telephone or email and send spares free of charge enabling you to complete a ‘home repair’. Our product has been designed with maintenance in mind allowing you the confidence that your trolley will remain serviceable for many years. Our fully trained technical team are always available to offer help and advice.

*The PowerBug warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use against purchases made within the UK mainland only. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse or commercial use or fair wear and tear is not covered. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request an electronic proof of purchase. Lithium Batteries supplied with PowerBug product are subject to the Wizza Ltd warranty terms and conditions.
Please note: Damage to your trolley caused by inadvertent reverse polarity connection of a universal Lithium battery pack (Not an official PowerBug Mini Lithium Battery) will void your warranty!
