PowerBug EU Warranty Information

At PowerBug EU, we stand behind the quality, reliability, and durability of our products. Every PowerBug NX electric golf trolley and its accompanying Lithium battery is designed and built to perform round after round. To give you complete peace of mind, both the NX trolley and Lithium battery are covered by a 24-month (2-year) warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • NX Electric Golf Trolley – 24 months

  • NX Lithium Battery – 24 months

  • NX Battery Charger Unit - 12 Months

The warranty protects against manufacturing defects or faults that occur during normal and intended use.

While PowerBug products are exceptionally reliable and our failure rate is extremely low, should an issue arise within the warranty period, we are here to help quickly and efficiently.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the product manual

  • Damage resulting from commercial or rental use

  • General wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or neglect

  • Issues caused by improper storage or unauthorised modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with your trolley, battery, or charger within the warranty period:

  1. Contact Us

  2. Our technical support team—based at our UK headquarters—will assist remotely and diagnose the issue promptly.

  3. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please ensure it is retained.

Repair, Parts, and Replacement Procedure

Depending on the diagnosis, one of the following steps will be taken:

  • If the fault can be resolved with a replacement part, we will send the necessary part by post, including fitting instructions if required.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will collect the product, repair it (where possible), and return it at no cost to you. This may be completed at one of our local EU workshops.

  • For trolleys, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • In rare cases where the trolley, battery, or charger cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided.

Repairs or replacements provided under warranty do not reset or extend the original warranty period.
