I was having problems with my Powerbug GT trolley cutting out and wrongly assumed that the battery was worn out. Ordered a new battery but this didn't fix the problem. Contacted Powerbug and was advised that it was probably the ECU that needed replacing. The helpful advisor took my order for this and also arranged for the battery to be returned free of charge for a full refund. The ECU arrived 2 days later, was easy to fit and my trolley is now running as well as it ever has!! I wish all customer service was this good. Thankyou.
After looking into Motocaddy and Powakaddy, I ended up going with the Powerbug NX DHC Lithium after reading a number of excellent reviews and I’m glad I did. It’s clear that Powerbug has been around a while, and that gave me confidence in the brand. The trolley itself is well built, easy to set up, and performs really smoothly on the course - especially on hilly ground thanks to the downhill control.
The website was clear and straightforward, and the buying process felt professional from start to finish. What really stood out was the customer service - responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. That’s something I really value and don’t always see elsewhere.
All in all, the NX DHC has been a great addition to my game. Quiet, reliable, and easy to use - with the peace of mind that comes from dealing with a company that clearly cares about its customers.

The front wheel of my wife's Power Bug trolley had basically disintegrated with the tyre coming away from the wheel centre. I was very disappointed that I could not buy a wheel but was forced into buying the complete front wheel assembly. However, having placed my order it was delivered within 3 days, was easy to fit after I had drilled the 2 holes required to attach the fitting to the trolley. Everything is now fine and my wife is back out on the course.

so the NX Lithium golf trolly is a really really good option for people that just want a solid well built affordable, reliable golf trolly from a reputable dealer. Very easy to attach the front wheel and accessories once delivered and excellent in use. The 36 hole battery usage was also better than advertised. All in all I highly recommend the PowerBug golf trolly. The extraordinary part is the customer service that comes with it. I had the pleasure to deal with Jimmy from start to finish. I had a couple of issues, one was a complicated delivery window which they tailor-made a solution for me which would have been time consuming their end, all carried out politely and efficiently. The other was one of the trolleys was making a slightly different noise on use from my other purchased trolly. I sent an e-mail asking if it may need lubricating or adjusting etc only to receive an e-mail an hour later saying they had shipped a new one just in case it was a potential fault. All in all dealing with PowerBug has been a pleasure not only dealing with customer service but also using the products they sell. Highly recommend there products and their company. This trolley is far superior to the Motocaddy I traded in. It’s far more responsive, lighter yet equally stable, and a serious upgrade from other manufacturers’ trolleys I've had in the past. Powerbug seems a great company to deal with. Highly recommended!
My trolley must be about 18 years old but was still going strong until the motor died. Unfortunately you no longer supply a 180w motor and the 200w motor that I purchased has a different connection. I have returned this for a refund. I can no longer use my trolly.

We’re proud to support our trolleys with spare parts for a minimum of 12 years, as part of our commitment to sustainability and helping customers get long-term value from their purchase. Since your model is now approaching 20 years old, unfortunately, parts are no longer produced for it.
That said, we do offer a minimum £100 part exchange on any old PowerBug trolley—regardless of age—towards a new model. This not only gives our customers added value, but also supports our recycling efforts and helps reduce environmental impact.

I telephoned Powerbug on Friday (early afternoon) last week to enquire about a new lithium battery for my golf trolley. They told me they were in stock and so I ordered one over the phone. Even though I was told the battery would arrive on Monday to my surprise and delight it came on Saturday morning, less than 24 hours after being ordered.
