This trolley is far superior to the Motocaddy I traded in. It’s far more responsive, lighter yet equally stable, and a serious upgrade from other manufacturers’ trolleys I've had in the past. Powerbug seems a great company to deal with. Highly recommended!
My trolley must be about 18 years old but was still going strong until the motor died. Unfortunately you no longer supply a 180w motor and the 200w motor that I purchased has a different connection. I have returned this for a refund. I can no longer use my trolly.

I telephoned Powerbug on Friday (early afternoon) last week to enquire about a new lithium battery for my golf trolley. They told me they were in stock and so I ordered one over the phone. Even though I was told the battery would arrive on Monday to my surprise and delight it came on Saturday morning, less than 24 hours after being ordered.

Having used the old PowerBug DHC golfing trolley, I decided to upgrade it to the new version, have to say an absolute joy to use, easy to set up at the course, the use of it on the course is awesome, and members commenting about the design of the trolley. Top marks PowerBug.

Battery does not fit the cut out from the previous battery - far too small
Problem with buggy not able to solve over telephone.Sent box big enough to fit buggy in minus wheels.Buggy packed into box which was then collected and delivered back to powerbug.Phone call to say problem fixed and buggy now awaiting collection and delivery back to me already arranged.All this done via a couple of phone calls.The service from Christian and Jimmy is five *****.Why buy from anywhere else.

Really nice looking trolley. Quite big when assembled so have to put back seats down to get in the boot and take the wheels off, which is no hardship as they release ver easily, also slightly heavier than I expected. Having said this I am very pleased with the NX trolley and the way the battery fits.

However, they need to use a different courier. DHL apparently arrived 2 hours before the time stated. However they went to wrong house! No one was in there so they went away.
Ended up driving a 50 mile round trip to their depot to collect!

Had a problem with the front wheel on my PowerBug GT. ordered a new axle but it turned out that the bearing had gone and I needed a new wheel. Problem was diagnosed on a call with support and after I returned the axle and ordered a new wheel I was given a refund for the axle. Very pleased with service and with repair; trolley is like new and very quiet.
