Received it last week and just used it for the first time
So simple to put together out of the box and simple to put up and down.
On course it does exactly that it says on the box.
A really good trolley and as good as any of the other Branded Trolleys but half the price
Only thing I would say is that it would be really useful to have a bits and pieces bag on the trolley like you get on most push along trolleys. Not an issue, just something you might consider bringing out?
Recently received my first electric trolley and I’m glad I waited and bought powerbug NX dhc trolley . Yes read all reviews etc and true with accessories on can’t make one wheel reverse to make smaller . So knew before buying this was the case . For the price it does everything my friends more expensive motorcaddy does . Great bit of kit easy to assemble and after a few holes your used to the trolley moving on its own rather than pushing. 10/10
If you with to make storage smaller remove front wheel 1 minute and take off umbrella holder and stores easily. Only gripe is no storage? But can buy cool bag . Will review again in a few months after use in wetter , muddy conditions.
The trolley was delivered several days late and caused me a few problems . But otherwise very satisfied with it. All the features I need ,very well built and very powerful. Max speed 10 kph if you re in a hurry. I took out the extended warranty for an extra £35 so I'm covered for five years.
Very easy to use, one button opens the trolley up easily, whisper quiet and quick charging of the battery, one small downside is the LED speed control continually flashes.
Easy in a word, I wasn’t aware of all the discounts until I went checkout which was a welcome surprise. Bug arrived early and I was kept up to date with order and shipping. No complaints and very helpful of phone when I had some questions about Klarna credit.

Needed new control box as battery connector on existing one got damaged. Replacement part ordered and arrived 2 days later. Easy job to swap new one in and trolley as good as new. Great service.

I ordered a new trolley for my wife and a battery for the powerbug I had. Trolley was out of stock.
I got a quote frommyou to be delivered to Leros island in Greece and paid the cost including shipping and custom clearance.
Battery was held at customs for two days asking for money but released afterwards.
Delivery date was yesterday but received a message from ups asking the receiver to go and collect it in Athens. Can you find out where my order is?

Very,very efficient, dropped my buggy off to be repaired, got a call next day to tell me that it had been repaired and ready to be picked up.

Great service and a good upgrade for my trolley. New style Upper Bag Support works well and was easy to fix. no more slipping of my bag as elasticated clamps ensure a snug fit.
Bought a scorecard holder, and it was fitted to my trolley with helpful advice
