Phoned customer service and they sent me a box to return trolley. The trolley was all fixed and ready for return to me within a week. Excellent service and customer service.
Very helpful staff enabled me to obtain the correct handle for my trolley. Arrived within 3 days.
I knew I had to use the original internal components but it would have been helpful to know in advance what tools were required, particularly a soldering iron. Completed the job within an hour - trolley now working perfectly again.
Just when the Summer had arrived, got caught in the rain - but had lost the important tightening screw on umbrella holder!

Absolutely outstanding service once again. I have 2 PowerBug trolleys and had a problem with the battery. Called up as they were showing as out of stock. Unbelievably they found one and sent it out to me. Service second to none. Product arrived when stated and was excellent condition!
Decided to buy myself an electric cart as I'm now in my sixties and get pain in my knees pushing a cart up hill. So glad I chose powerbug. Took the offer of a silver standard ex display model, and it's in fantastic condition. Petty much brand new. Works great, and no more sore knees! Delivered in two days as well. Five stars.
Extremely happy with my new trolley. The whole process of ordering was easy and the customer service was exceptional ( I asked a lot of questions) use the trolley a few times now and it feels and looks great. I highly recommend it.
Just recently recieved my new nx power bug i couldnt be more happier,it certianly is an upgrade form my previous bug trolley,so it's a nice piece of kit,the only down side was that my umbrella attachment from my previous bug trolley doesnt fit onto my new one,so i'll have to get another one shame.

Upgraded from my previous Powerbug to the new NX. The Powerbug trolleys are well made & easy to use. A great warranty plus a 36 hole battery. As good as, if not better, than the big brand names. The customer service is brilliant.
