Collection Charge

A £30 charge to cover the cost of collecting goods from your desired address and redelivering the goods after repair/inspection.

Before use, this service must be pre-arranged with a member of the service team. 

This £30 charge is fully refundable should the product returned be within the first 6 months of its warranty period and prove to have a manufacturers fault.
