I am really pleased with my Power bug trolley, and the after care service is fantastic,my trolley covers about 20 miles a week, and my course is hard going with wet muddy conditions through the winter and some very steep hills to deal with, but with the powerful batteries it takes it all in its stride, easy to fold,a great product with a excellent back up service.
Very efficient and helpful with replacement part for my trolley
Very fast delivery ,easy to order web page i have used the trolley once so far in terrible weather and it performed brilliantly plenty of power from the 36 hole battery very pleased with my purchase .
I was highly delighted with the deal I did with you the power bug is well built very easy to use.The warranty is second to none would recommend your company to all golfers.
Had trolley for 1 month uses about 30% on a round does 2rounds no trouble my previous trolley I had nearly 10 years still ok needs new battery would recommend this trolley
Arrive in two days. Easy to assemble. Simple to use. Very lightweight. Fantastic value.
Really impressed with the quality. Used ot twice so far and it's been great. Would definitely recommend.
From ordering replacement part to receiving part, was straight forward and only took 2 days to arrive. Only down side had to drill 2 holes 3mm bigger to accept original fixing bolts. Apart from that really pleased.
Excellent service from here every time I order my latest order was 2 trolley bags.really sturdy loads room inside
Bought a controller for my golf trolley. The adviser on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He gave me the right diagnostic and offered to help fit it If I needed help. Will use Powerbug again
It’s a great trolley, competitively priced. Just wish it folded up a bit smaller but overall very pleased with it.
Good solid trolley, runs well & quietly, easy to control, folds up neatly. One small concern is be careful not to catch the speed/go button with anything as it easily starts moving. Overall so far well satisfied.
Arrived earlier than expected and was a doddle to setup. (Found the manual afterwards). Have so far used it twice once on a hilly course and once on a flat one. Neither made any impact on the battery.
Only thing to add would be a tighter brake when folded as it tends to roll a bit when stood up. I can't really fault it though . Good value all round
Called a couple of times with queries and Customer Service was excellent. The NX is exactly what I wanted, does the same as the rental MotorCaddy golf trolley at my golf course but at a better cost In fact better as the battery last longer.
Very pleased
Very quick delivery. Outstanding trolley. Done 18 holes first day of delivery and battery is great.
Great service and a nice looking trolley
Fantastic golf trolley at a great price. Definitely worth the purchase. The extras that came with it saved myself a good bit on coat as well. Getting the lithium 36 hole battery as standard, again shows what great value you are getting. I played 3 consecutiverounds of golf and due to travel didn't have room for the charger. It last all 3 rounds. It's sturdy as well.
Sales advice was good. But I ordered a part to fix a problem. And after replacing the part, the problem is still the same. So will have to risk buying another component.
I purchased my Powerbug trolley and battery over 6 years ago. It has been the best bit of golfing kit I own.
The trolley is super easy to use and the battery is tiny and lightweight.
I had recent issue with the battery which Powerbug sorted really quickly.
I would strongly recommend this company for their efficiency and great customer care.
Purchased the NX version of the trolley on 24th Feb 26. Have now been able to take it out a couple of times and am very happy with it. It was easy to put together including fitting the accessories, and I particularly like the idea of inverting the wheels when transporting the trolley in a small car. It also useful when storage space is limited. On the course it does what it says on the tin, the inclines I've been up have not presented any problems whatsoever and the electronic brake works a treat on a slope. Couple of things I have found which perhaps could be improved on; firstly I have found the on/off button is very sensitive. I accidentally touched, and it was just a touch, the button when I first used it and the trolley was of on its own heading for somebody's car. Perhaps a little more positive tension in the button could be introduced. Secondly, perhaps a jockey wheel behind the drive axle could be useful. I have a tendency to lean down on the handlebar, I am quite short, and when going up hill I sometimes find the front wheel up in the air. Having identified those two issues?, to me at least, I still think the trolley is a great piece of kit and very good value for the money. I would certainly recommend it to anyone whose in the market for a new or replacement trolley.
