The purchasing experience was first class. I phoned to check which accessories I needed and got clear advice. The ordering process was simple and I was very impressed that the trolley was with me before 11 the next day even though I had requested 48 hr delivery as I ordered after the cut-off time for next day delivery. I have used the trolley a couple of times so far and have been very happy. Assembly was straightforward. So far I am a very happy customer
Have now used the buggy twice power is okay.Brake is quite fierce when stopping. Payed the extra money for the buggy with the parking brake and it still moves when on inclines and supposed to be stopped.
My wife loves her Power Bug,so wanted it repaired not a new trolly.
Power bug ,namely Christian said bring it along and I will have a look.
He looked and repaired it in a matter of moments

Really delighted with my new Powerbug Trolley and definitely worth the wait. Unfortunately it arrived on the day I left for vacation so have only tried it once but overall impression is extremely positive. The battery is a big plus as the weight and size make it so easy to connect and disconnect and trolley is so easy to fold and unfold.
Brilliant. Loads for your money. Made in the same factory as Motocaddy with similar or the same parts. Built quality excellent. Battery hardly moved after 18 holes. You can probably play 72 holes of golf.
Having recently been gifted an older PowerBug (the Sport x) which required a new battery, I began the search to find a suitable replacement. I was delighted to find they were still sold (and compatible) then stumbled across the wide variety of accessories!! So though I would make my trolley perfect for any round of golf. Being new to golf, you could easily say that I have all the gear and only a little idea, but at least it appears stylish whilst out on the course. Only downfall is that there is no golf ball storage, like on other trolley’s I have used…but guess that’s what pockets are for! Overall quality, value for money, delivery and packaging were great!
I recently picked up the PowerBug NX DHC Lithium, and overall, I think it’s absolutely fantastic. The build quality is brilliant, it feels incredibly sturdy and robust, handling the bumps and grinds of the course without a problem.
The Downhill Control (DHC) is an absolute lifesaver. Being able to let the trolley maintain a steady walking pace down steep hills without having to hold it back is brilliant, saving my energy for the actual swings with my driver instead of wrestling my bag. The lithium battery is also fantastic; it easily breezes through 18 holes with plenty of juice to spare.
Another huge selling point for me is the warranty. It comes with a great 3-year warranty as standard, and I paid to extend the battery cover to 5 years, which gives me total peace of mind. If you are picking one of these up, I also highly recommend getting the carry bag. It’s an absolute godsend for saving the car boot from getting filthy when the trolley is covered in mud after a winter round.
The distance control function is another excellent feature, allowing you to send the trolley forward by itself for a set distance. It works brilliantly, though you do need to make sure you actually concentrate on your putt instead of getting distracted watching the trolley trundling off to the next tee!
My only real gripe is with the stopping mechanism. If you stop the trolley suddenly, the braking can be a bit abrupt and will definitely catch you out if you aren't paying attention.
Despite that minor issue, it’s a brilliant piece of kit that does exactly what I need it to do. Highly recommended!
Only used it twice so far, but really happy at present
I ordered a replacement axle,as a result of broken mounting tube.I did not know if this part was obtainable separately.The axle that I received was not the correct one.I am at this time of writing,waiting in for Royal Mail to collect and return it to you.I was also surprised to find that a new rubber seal was not supplied.
Happy with buggy and the battery life seems to be 2 - 3 rounds worth.
But be aware it stops very suddenly when button is pushed so be to one side or at arms length or get bruised walking into it.
Initially had delivery problem waiting for overseas delivery but as soon as the shipment arrived I recieved my trolley within days.
The trolley is very robust and easy to fold away. The battery has excellent power and last well into two rounds of golf.
Overall a very worthwhile purchase.
Used mine for first time yesterday and really impressed. Super easy to put together and run . On hilly course and only used 50% of battery over 18 . Very well built and looks great too .

Just had 4 days of golf supported admiringly by new PowerBug, it never missed a beat really easy to operate, coped really well with an undulating terrain. A little heavier than my previous PowerBug but overall an exceptional piece of kit!

This is my first electric trolley and I’m very impressed so far. It is easy to assemble, not too heavy and easy to control with a handy parking brake. I have heard good feedback from other Powerbug users and it does seem to be justified. Would definitely recommend…
