I haven’t received my trolley yet as there is a backlog , I’m fine with this but if the company maybe kept waiting customers updated on what’s happening with their orders and just a wee update weekly would be great just to keep you in the loop and not think your forgotten

The GPS/ phone holder is the best that I've come across, even if I had to adapt the fitting slightly to fit on my non-powerbug trolley.
I bought my trolley from a retailer - delighted with the equipment and service, without reservation. Bought a bundle of accessories direct from Powerbug - happy with the kit, but the buying experience was rocky, although Powerbug did react well after my emails managed to crash through their spam filter.

Had issues with battery life. Had to get battery checked out and Company turned it around fast. Battery fine and will review over next few weeks. Only occurred When I changed to summer wheels.

Great support from Power Bug personnel Christian and Jimmy and soon put my trolley back in good working condition.
The onlybit of hassle I got was with the courier who returned it back to me twice as they did not have the correct labels - but once that was sorted all was good.

Excellent service from Powerbug. I ordered the wrong part for my golf trolley, contacted them, and received an immediate response detailing how to return the part ( free of charge).
My reordered ( correct) part was in the post straight away.

Christian was extremely helpful. When I turned up to collect my trolley battery I asked about some new elastic leads. Not only did he find some but also fitted them too. Excellent service.
I’m on my second Powerbug Trolley, the first one simply wore out after years of loyal service. The current one is four years old now and going strong. The small battery is awesome, so much easier than the old lead acid.
This purchase was of the seat, what a great bit of kit now I’m getting in a bit. The chance to sit occasionally during a round is a godsend.
Golf trolly not reaching 18 holes on battery. Battery tested and apparently ok. Going to test it out over next two / three rounds to see if everything is ok.
My GT Lithium trolley was sent off for repair to damaged electrical contacts. On inspection of the trolley, also revealed was that the clutches on the right rear wheel had seized up. The repairs were completed within a short time frame and were reasonably priced.
I was pleasantly surprised as I received the battery after 2 days when I had been told they were out of stock and it would be 10 plus days at least. Is this one you had in store after all? Is it brand new? How long is the guarantee, please. It works well but I have to turn up the dial to 5 or 6 for it to move my trolley at walking pace.
